花蓮海岸生態潛堤環境整體營造計畫總檢討及改善策略研究(2/2)

本計畫為兩年度計畫，其測區係以長為美崙溪至花蓮溪出海口(約4公里)，寬為離海堤約兩公里處為主要範圍；水下調查部分於南濱#6、#7及化仁#2、#3潛堤以水肺潛水方式進行調查；水質及浮游生物以3線9點方式進行觀測；生態工法則是以南北濱及化仁海岸結構物包含海堤、離岸潛堤、突堤及導流堤等為主要研究對象。主要工作項目包含�痚禰遘禤④峎袺鬗暰m資料蒐集整理與調查研析、�菄廔洫怣內c造物現況作業與地形變化調查、�靮n濱及化仁海岸保護之現況評估，新工法(或措施)之研擬並評估其可行性及效率等、�搌i流場及地形變化資料蒐集及模擬、�犍芮A物種資料蒐集與調查分析、�艄芮A潛堤環境條件及海岸保護功能初步分析與探討、�鉏蝟鰜婺m後生態調查及分析、�嶊廔洫怣丰芮A潛堤環境整體營造計畫總檢討及改善策略。

The length of the survey area is from Meilun River to Hualien River (approximately 4 km), width is from about two kilometers away the seawall as the main survey range. The main project is the surrounding environment ecological survey in the program area; and the main study of ecological engineering methods includes Nanbin, Bebin and Huaren coast structures such as seawall, offshore submerged breakwater, jetty, and diversion dike as well. The main work of the project includes the collection and research of basic information and related documents, the status and terrain changes survey of the Hualien coast structures, the status assessment of the Nanbin and the Huaren coast protection, feasibility and efficiency assessment of the new method, information collection and preliminary simulation of currents and terrain changes, information collection and research analysis of ecological species, and consolidate the first year’s ecological submerged breakwater environment outcome as well as preliminary analysis and discussion of coastal protection. Hoping to review the overall outcome of ecological environment submerged breakwater, we realized the impact of the surrounding habitat and propose the improvement strategy at the end.
