Spencer and Jesse forever… At least, that’s what Spencer used to doodle on the inside of all his notebooks when they were fifteen and completely in love. They were high school sweethearts, even planned on going to college together. They may not have been out and proud about it, but it didn’t matter. All that mattered was that they were together. That was until Jesse screwed everything up. He ruined everything. Spencer moved on with his life. He went to college and became the trauma surgeon he set out to be. Now he lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, living his dream. After a tragic accident involving a friend, Spencer is given time off to get his head back on straight. He goes home to spend some much needed time with his dad and step-dad. While out to dinner, Spencer gets a blast from his past. Jesse Matthews. The man who left him broken and devastated fifteen years ago. Has fate brought them back together for a reason? Because ever since Spencer has been home, he can’t seem to get rid of Jesse. The guy keeps colliding with him, bringing back all kinds of emotions that Spencer thought he had gotten rid of.
