Omar Allibhoy trained with Ferran Adria in Spain and later became chef at El Pirata de Tapas in Notting Hill, London, where he was featured on Ramsay's Best Restaurant. As a result, Omar's reputation as the 'Antonio Banderas of cooking' was born. He has since opened six Tapas Revolution restaurants across the UK.
