作者簡介
Scott Pfitzinger holds an M.M. in music composition from Butler University, an M.LS. in Library Science from Indiana University, and a Ph.D. (ABD) in Education from Capella University. He has served as a Multimedia Librarian and the Interim Supervisor for Reference Student Assistants at the Youngstown State University Library. He has taught library science and technology courses at Cornerstone University and Butler University.
