Carol Peters-Tanksley, MD, DMin, known professionally as Dr. Carol, is an ob-gyn, ordained Christian minister, and talk-show host. She has practiced medicine for more than twenty years and is board-certified in obstetrics-gynecology and reproductive endocrinology. Dr. Carol received her medical degree from Loma Linda University and completed a residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center, Loma Linda, California. Dr. Carol has been producing radio programs since 2009—until recently with her husband, Al Tanksley, who passed away in February 2016—and is now working to get the Dr. Carol Show on television.
