Before starting Hiut Denim in his home town of Cardigan in Wales, David worked at Saatchi and Saatchi and then built howies into one of the most influential active sports brands of the last decade. After selling howies to Timberland, he co-founded The Do Lectures. Voted in the top ten ideas festivals in the world by The Guardian, it now takes place in West Wales, California and Australia.
