商品簡介
This book outlines a coaching model for group lessons in dance, the iCiF model, which combines individual coaching and interactive feedback into a teaching method that facilitates individual promotion in group lessons and supports the development of young dancers and the application of their individual potential during professional training. It focuses on strengthening the ability to react to different motivational and behavioral patterns in a reflective manner and improve communicative action. It uses a category system to promote the development of the dancer’s personality and emphasizes personal development in group lessons, the application of feedback to individual development, continuous positive development, the fulfillment of students' individual objectives in a group class setting, and improving student perception and self-regulation. Chapters describe the basic objective of coaching for the development of a systematic coaching model for dance education, from the perspective of a dance-pedagogical practice; a psychological perspective on feedback and its application in the model; the category system, detailing aspects of the learning process, condition, coordination and breath, and performance; the evaluation of the model and its results; and how the model can have an impact on pedagogical and institutional structures, and how higher education institutions can benefit from it. The model was developed and implemented as part of the research project InnoLernenTanz at the Palucca U. of Dance Dresden from 2012 to 2016.
