商品簡介
For most of the two years Koorey (theater and film, Valencia Community College) spent on her doctoral dissertation on American playwright Miller, she says she was looking through bibliographic resources and data bases. Disgusted with the incomplete or outdated references, she decided to save future scholars from such effort. She cites and describes primary sources such as plays for stage and screen, fiction and poetry, essays, speeches, interviews, and correspondence. Then she turns to secondary sources, including doctoral dissertations, biographical news articles, general and play-specific appraisals, fiction and nonfiction, and unpublished conference papers. Finally she considers media resources such as film and television productions, sound recordings, and Internet sources and compact disk products. Annotation c.
