Michael Perlin is Emeritus Professor of Law and Director of the Mental Disability Law Program at New York Law School. Heather Ellis Cucolo is a co-owner and partner at Mental Disability Law and Policy Associates and an Adjunct Professor at New York Law School. Alison J. Lynch is a litigator with Disability Rights of New York.
