In her role, Christy leads Press Ganey’s efforts to reduce patient suffering and develop compassionate and connected care across the continuum. In addition, she works to improve employee and physician engagement, improve the flow of patients through organizations, improve quality and efficiency, and prepare organizations for healthcare reform. A registered nurse with over three decades of healthcare experience, she is a member of the American Nurses Association (ANA), Sigma Theta Tau, American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE), Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN), American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), and Missouri Organization of Nurse Leaders (MONL). She is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing.
