作者簡介
Sandra Fredman is Rhodes Professor of the Laws of the British Commonwealth and the USA at Oxford University. Meghan Campbell is a Weston Junior Research Fellow at New College, Oxford University and deputy-director of the Oxford Human Rights Hub. Helen Taylor is a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University and research director at the Oxford Human Rights Hub.
