水利水電工程可行性研究報告編制規程（簡體書）

This standard is formulated to standardize the principles, contents and levels of the design in preparing the feasibility study reports for water resources and hydropower projects.This standard is applicable to preparing feasibility study reports for construction, renovation and extension of large and medium-sized water resources and hydropower projects. Some contents may be omitted depending on the characteristics of the project. This standard may also serve as a reference for preparing the feasibility study reports on reinforcement projects.為規範水利水電工程可行性研究報告的編制原則、工作內容和深度要求，制定本標準。本標準適用於新建、改建、擴建的大、中型水利水電工程可行性研究報告的編制，不同類型工程科根據其工程特點對本標準規定的編制內容有所取捨。出險加固項目可參照執行。
