William Goodfellow (B.A., Minot State College; M.L.S., Ball State University) is Head of Reference Services, Oak Lawn (IL) Public Library. He has 19 years of experience in his field of work and has published articles in several library periodicals. His strong musical background has allowed him to respond to the need for practical, efficient reference tools by compiling indexes to music and song lyrics collections.
