Have you ever loved a man so much that it hurt your soul? I mean, like really hurt. There’s no pain like being in love with a man that you must question if he’s in love with you. Things can be so good in the beginning; that cupcake stage as I call it.Then you have to start questioning yourself, the relationship.You start to continuously question him, and every move that he makes becomes suspect. Do I really love him? Does he really love me? Is the woman that is screw facing us just a friend of the family? Sometimes no matter how much you try, you just aren’t meant to be together. Read my story, rock with me. There’s not always a happy ending. Skyy is fresh out of high school and ready to venture out into the real world. Through her entire life, she’s always been on the straight and narrow. The summer is here and now she just wants to let loose and have some fun before she starts Nursing school. While at a party, she meets Storm, and her life gets turned upside down. Storm is a big thing in the streets. Everybody knows him and that’s not always a good thing. He has haters all over the city and hoes hanging from his coattail. Being raised by a single mother, he respects women, but he never gets serious with him; that is until he meets Skyy. She’s young, vibrant and a breath of fresh air from what he’s used to. These two come together and everything is all peaches and cream until she finds out that Storm is not all he portrayed himself as. Skyy feels like he is more loyal to the streets than her and decides to call it quits but can she stay away from him for good? Storm loves Skyy and has never loved another woman like he loves her, but will he fight for her? Is he ready to choose a woman over the streets?
