Lynn L. Charles M. Auer is senior regulatory and policy advisor with Bergeson & Campbell, P.C., in Washington D.C. He has over 32 years of experience with the EPA, most recently as the Director of the Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics (OPPT), responsible for implementation of TSCA.
