作者簡介
Eugenia Baroncelli is Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Bologna, Department of Political and Social Sciences, where she teaches IPE, IR and Global Development courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Between 2001 and 2006 she has worked at the World Bank as a consultant on trade, tariff and IPR policies (The World Bank various years; Review of International Economics 2007; World Economy 2005) for the Research Department – Trade Group, as well as for the MENA, SASIA and Africa Regions. In her research she has focused on the international political economy of trade, democracy and security, as well as on the political economy of development. Among other, she has investigated the peace dividend from SAFTA trade preferences between India and Pakistan (The World Bank 2007, Il Mulino 2010), the role of neo-Gramscian IPE applied to development studies (Fondazione Gramsci 2009), Susan Strange’s contribution to IPE studies (ECPR Press 2009). Her work on the World Bank and on the EU-World Bank relations include journal articles and chapters in edited books (Journal of European Integration 2011; Review of Italian Public Policy 2013; Routledge 2010; 2013; 2018 forthcoming).
