Yvonne Wakim Dennis is the author of several books about Native Americans. She coauthored with Arlene Hirschfelder Visible Ink Press' Native American Almanac as well as A Kid's Guide to Native American History, Children of Native America Today and she wrote a biography of Sequoyah.
