商品簡介
In an introduction to select disciplinary developments in the study of history and in historical study of the Hebrew Bible, Wilson focuses first and foremost on cultural history, a broad category defined by developments during 19th and 20th centuries in anthropology, and sociology, literary theory, linguistics, and other fields. He covers cultural theory and fragmentation in history, narrative in history, bringing together culture and narrative in history: social remembering, whether the Hebrew Bible is historical, whether the Hebrew Bible can be a source for history, and the Hebrew Bible as a source for cultural history and social remembering.
