Claire Thomson is a chef and food writer. She is the food ambassador for the National Trust, and regularly writes for publications including Countryfile magazine and the Guardian. Claire lives in Bristol with her husband and three children. Her previous books include The Art of the Pantry (2017); this is her fourth book.
