During my professional career, I have interacted with a wide spectrum of individuals, from students to CEOs. Tax, by virtue of its draconian nature and complexity, continues to haunt everyone. Given the lack of basic tax knowledge, people tend to consider it complex and fear it. But once you understand the basics and are able to draw a framework, things fall in place.

We have made a humble attempt to cultivate an understanding of tax right from its core by breaking it down into easy, digestible bits so that anyone can make sense of it. Further, the book is not voluminous (as with most tax literature), enabling ease of comprehensive completion of the basics.
