The Tomorrow Is Yourself

This book is written for my hubby, Kenneth and to document my suffering for over the past 2 years when I am living with my 2 incurable illnesses - migraine and bipolar disorder. I hope the readers can be empowered and feel motivated to continue to live your life to the fullest without any regret when you are in the pink of health unlike me. I wish to educate the public not to stigmatised those who are mentally-ill like myself worldwide. Nobody can choose their own diagnosis. I did not choose to have migraine or bipolar disorder. But I live on well with it by undergoing the proper medical treatment. You can function like a normal healthy human being. Do not look down on yourself, just because you are mentally-ill. You should not label yourself. You should stand up on your feet and live on to fight with your illness. Do not attempt to commit suicide. It is the worst decision that a human being can ever make. God has given me this test. I will accept it and live well like a normal healthy human-being. Thank you for reading my book.
