Quarantine Issue was birthed through the stay at home order of 2020. Sharing new and fresh menu ideas for the adventurous cook. Although short and sweet, it'll take you on a journey between sweet and spicy to flavorful and robust. The book is organized into 6 sections. Breakfast, Seafoods, Poultry & Beef, Veggies & Potatoes, Desserts and a little something extra. Since Strawberries are my favorite, why not try the sweet and buttery taste of my Strawberry Biscuits, to the Spicy Kickin' New Orleans Creole Style Seafood Boil, to the Hawaiian Style of a Ribeye. Not to mention the Stuffed Chicken Crab. Under the Veggies and Potatoes, lies the creamy spinach that keeps on giving a cheesy flavor to the "Silky Red Garlic Potatoes." Head on down to the desserts and grab some vanilla ice cream, and a warm slice of coconut cream cheese pound cake.
