Introduction to Law

Mastery of the law inevitably requires a general study of the law, which is certainly called a general introduction to the law.This introduction is the subject of a course very often given by lawyers in private law during the first year of the Bachelor's degree.Thus, it allows the student to get a general idea of the law, what it is made up of and its subdivisions. In this course, one speaks, for example, of the rule of law and its characteristics, the summa divisio, the sources of the rule of law, the distinction between objective and subjective law and, at the end of the course, the subjective rights attached to the person.This textbook is intended to be a general introduction to law, and is not intended only for students in the first year of the Bachelor's degree but, a contrario, for all jurists whatever their level in law.
