The Worker and (In)Tangible Values

The studies in the organizational and work area are approached in the light of the globalization discourse and the process in the world of work and how the changes that have occurred in this context have influenced worker behavior. These conditions are not limited to the geographic and political context, but have revealed interest on the part of researchers in studies about the effects that these changes can generate in the binomial worker-organization and the development of strategies to remain competitive.
