This story is based on the life of Lt. Morris, many of the events are based on his letters written to a Ms. Luella Morgan, of West Virginia who he had a twenty year correspondence. And his private diaries of becoming a US Analyst beginning in 1967, while living in Norfolk, VA. Some names may have been changed to protect the innocent, but locations and events are real and occurred based on the Correspondence, photos, and records of Lt. Morris, "they are my story, of 32 years of Government Service. I kept notes and often wrote Ms. Morgan about what I was doing," the details are real, but some information has been slanted only to protect those still living and the innocent, the events herein actually occurred. Naturally, I couldn't write this book while still in service and so retell my life up to the point I could not take it any longer and resigned. - But that's the public story, the parts that can be told because they are no longer news to anyone.
