As parents and caregivers, we often go to the limit to encourage our children to eat their vegetables. In this rhyming and funny picture book, these vegetables went the extra mile to get to your home to create a delicious recipe that your children will love.

This book also focuses on sharing, friendship, gratitude, teamwork, and how to overcome obstacles.

I realize that most children do not like vegetables, so I wrote this book to help change their famous saying, "this is gross and yucky," into "this is yummy in my tummy."

By the end of this book, I hope that even the pickiest veggie eater will want to help make and eat the delicious recipes at the end of this book.
