The Enneagram stands out from other personality assessments, such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, by inviting readers to recognize themselves in one of nine personality archetypes, with the specific goal of self-improvement. Taking inspiration from Jungian and Freudian psychology, the Enneagram has gained popularity because it is easy to understand and apply to daily situations. There is a strong focus on recognizing the weaknesses common to each personality type, addressing the root causes that led to them and overcoming them on the path of growth. Enneagram expert and blogger Sierra Brewer is the perfect person to adapt this ancient framework for a modern audience.
In this book, Sierra explains everything you need to know about the Enneagram and then some. If you don't know your type, her in-depth descriptions are a great reference, but Sierra also dives into more advanced Enneagram terminology, such as personality wings, Enneagram subtypes, and integration during times of stress or growth. Plus, she vividly describes how to live with each personality type--so once you've learned about yourself, you can start learning about your friends and loved ones, too. Sierra's guide to the Enneagram is a perfect resource for anyone interested in psychology and self-improvement. This essential Enneagram guide will give you the confidence you need to fully understand yourself and those around you.外文書商品之書封，為出版社提供之樣本。實際出貨商品，以出版社所提供之現有版本為主。部份書籍，因出版社供應狀況特殊，匯率將依實際狀況做調整。
