Currency

Currency is a fast-paced speculative fiction novel that tackles the distorted value system currently driving our world. Deidre Hanson loved her life in their quaint little Ohio town, but that was before The Book. It was The Book that forced Deidre, and everyone she knew, to examine their values and make a choice, because The Book proposed a bold, new, unapologetic" plan" called The Network. People polarized rapidly comparing what The Network was offering versus the status quo; pitting friend against friend, brother against brother - ultimately asking "What if?" What if The Network could put an end to poverty, overpopulation and hunger? What if all cultures could be celebrated equally? What if it could save our struggling planet? But the most important question being asked of all the characters in the story and the readers of this work is: "What would I be willing to exchange for all that?"
