Wake Up and Smell the Mushrooms

A lot of people battle with depression anxiety post traumatic stress and suicidal thoughts. Some of these Actually lead to a person committing suicide leaving their family to wonder what they could've done to help. I myself have been on both ends of the spectrum. I have tried all kinds of Doctor prescribed medicine some worked some didn't but I was always looking for a more natural cure for my illness. A friend of mine told me about Microdosing psilocybin mushrooms. I did the research and took the plunge lo and behold through Microdosing I was able to wean myself off of medication and still live a happier healthier life. Through this book I'm hoping it will help other people that battle with the same demons I did by understanding the effects of Microdosing and how I went about doing it. If Microdosing psilocybin mushrooms helped me maybe It can help you too.
