StarSong: A Skallywaggles Musical Adventure

StarSong is an intergalactic adventure story that introduces readers to Grady, a gifted teenage orphan; Heidi, a feisty musical prodigy; and the Skallywaggles, an all-animal cosmic band led by the quick-witted Cruiser. By day, the Skallywaggles battle dark forces throughout the universe; at night, they thrill devoted fans with their incredible music performances.

A guitar-playing stowaway, Grady sneaks onto the Skallywaggles' spaceship determined to join this amazing band and enlist their help in his quest to find his long-lost parents. He meets and falls for Heidi, who is on her way to study music on the secret musical planet Harmonia. While taking Grady under their wing, the Skallywaggles embark on an audacious odyssey and encounter a sinister force known as the Silencers, who threaten the fate of Harmonia and the galaxy. Grady and Heidi, their mutual affection growing, join the others to use the power of music to combat this diabolical plot!

Holly Heise, a Nashville area resident, is an award-winning composer and interactive multimedia designer who has won the prestigious Pixie Award and earned a Gold Addy and several Emmy nominations.
