Perry is unlike any other panda in the world; he is blue. Everyone in Cutopia loves Perry not just because he is blue. They love him because he is kind and caring to everyone.
On a beautiful sunny day in Cutopia, Perry the blue panda and his friend, Jerry the giraffe, are playing at the beach when they see something strange - a plastic bag kicking and breathing, as if it's alive. When they look closer, they discover something trapped in the plastic.
