Shadow of a Doubt

Niya White is a twenty-five-year-old police officer assigned the mission to investigate Daniel Reed - the director of Reed's Holding for the murder of sixteen-year-old girl Layla. As a rookie police officer, she is intimidated by the thought of investigating and working for a suspected murderer. Her life quickly turns upside down when she starts working as an undercover secretary in Reed's Holding. Daniel and Niya have a special connection, hiding from Daniel who she really is and why she started working for him is getting harder for her. In her attempt to stay strong in the face of her temptation for Daniel, she discovers many secrets. Working undercover, she finds out that the story of Layla's murder is not as simple as it seems and that there is much more to it. She decides to reveal to Daniel who she really is and help him to get out of the situation, but is it too late?
