The book is written jointly by policymakers who are involved in the design of the National Economic Recovery Programme and scholars who closely monitor and evaluate the policy responses undertaken during these hard times. The book presented analyses based on studies undertaken in-house at the Ministry of Finance and in collaboration with other independent and reputable institutions. In its process of drafting, chapters in this book benefited from peer expert reviews.
