商品簡介
Acupressure is so much more than simply pressing on a point. It is a comprehensive system for treating the body as a whole. When clients come to us with pain in a specific region, more often than not we focus on the part and forget about the whole. Most therapists treat shoulder pain by working just on the shoulder, which makes sense, but through the lens of acupressure and meridian massage, we see there often is more to a successful treatment than that. Seen through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the body is an interconnected whole. Understanding how it is connected, both physically and energetically, and being familiar with the pathways of connection, is fundamental. Acupressure and Meridian Massage guides practitioners through the connections of the body by combining ancient wisdom and modern science to provide a comprehensive system of assessment and treatment leading to long-lasting and improved results.
