Psycho-organizational program to reduce Burnout Syndrome

Effect of the psychoorganizational program to reduce burnout syndrome in health personnel of Ba隳s del Inca. Cajamarca - Peru. Objective: to reduce the burnout syndrome through the application of the Psycho-organizational program in the personnel of the Micro Red de Salud Ba隳s del Inca, Cajamarca-Peru, with a sample of 65 workers with a high level of burnout syndrome, who were pre-tested by applying the Maslach Burnout Inventory instrument for the evaluation of Burnout Syndrome. Subsequently, the psycho-organizational program was applied, through motivation workshops, orientation, to the same pre-experimental study group, application of the Maslach Burnout Inventory instrument, as a post-test tool, obtaining a result of 10.8% of the workers presented a low level of Burnout Syndrome.
