How to Use this Reflection Book:

This book is designed to be used as a self-led retreat that you guide yourself on. You can do it over a period of days or weeks, or complete over a weekend. Simply select a word or phrase that is meaningful to you. Place the word or phrase at the top of selected page. Use the content space provided to describe its significance. The space is kept intentionally small so as to encourage ease of this daily writing. There are daily prompts to serve as guides. Writers can spin off of these prompts or take their daily entry in an entirely different direction.
