Effect of mindfulness based cognitive therapy in reducing anger and anxiety among adolescents

Adolescent life is filled with different colours of emotions resulting from happiness and sorrow, success and failure, health and illness, money and poverty. All of us in our life experience some kind of hardships at different phases of life. Individual differences exist among all of us which shows differences in perceptual styles about different life situations. Various factors are known to be responsible for difficulties of human life.
