When Jared and Catherine first met, it was nothing like love at first sight. Their external behavior classified their worth into different groups, but after his accident, they crossed paths. When the last semester of thirteenth grade ends, their newborn friendship has evolved into something beautiful, but adult life awaits with responsibility, maturity, and goals to reach. The young adults find themselves in a pit of doubt, as they have to decide if their love is worth a chance - or if their thirst for career and stability comes first.

With both their bewildered childhoods and ambivalent relationships to their parents, they might not be as different as they seem. The biggest lesson they are yet to learn is that in a world of expectations, there are many exceptions.
