The present research thesis is entitled: ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE AND JOB SATISFACTION IN THE COLLABORATORS OF CAJA RA炃, JA冇 AGENCY, 2016. Whose general objective is to evaluate the characteristics presented by the organizational climate and the relationship with job satisfaction in the collaborators of Caja Ra瞵, in the province of Ja幯. And for this it was supported by some specific objectives, first diagnosing the characteristics and level of the organizational climate, then identifying the characteristics and level of job satisfaction, being the population and sample the collaborators of the Caja Ra瞵, of the province of Ja幯. Finally, the general objective of the present study was to correlate the results of both variables.
