A re-occurring element in all the books is that when a newt egg-ball is laid in the vernal pool the ancient newt, that can communicate with humans, only comes from a big egg. Now, what happens when there are TWO big eggs! No one knows, not even Newton's parents so we will have to find out in Book Seven...
