For more than thirty years in corporate America, Donna Star was unsuccessfully successful.
She climbed the proverbial ladder moving from entry-level to executive leadership positions. All this as a single mother, who had minimal financial support from an ex who had challenges, while she struggled with self-worth. Despite giving her notice five times and leaving and returning twice over the course of her career-at the same company-she finally decided to leave corporate for good when her youngest child graduated from college.
