If we are willing to open our hearts and minds, animals can teach us the importance of exercising dominion over them in the same way that God exercises dominion over us: with respect, love, patience, kindness, compassion, humility, and dignity. I believe God's perfect plan for creation is for humankind to recognize and appreciate that all living beings are interconnected with, and interdependent upon each other. We cohabit God's world equally, and it is up to us two-legged creatures to spread that message and make it our reality!
