At present, people who enter the health system, whether public or private, must enter the patient's data in a dental form of the MSP, and the clinical history must be evaluated by the physician on duty, In the absence of a medical system that allows interoperability between hospitals, the problem arises when data must be collected in the different health entities by the same medical staff, since the data do not have a standard and cannot be shared because they are elaborated in different systems, which means that resources are not distributed correctly, increasing patient complaints in the MOH and in some cases the loss of human lives due to lack of quality management. Therefore, there is a need to create or implement archetypes based on the ISO 13606 standard to develop a system that allows the interoperability of the different systems of the health entities at the national level.
