The value of a smart city is the efficiency of technologies, not their number. A successful smart city has a strong, technology-based infrastructure that enables environmental initiatives. In this city, public transportation is effective and efficient, and urban programs are carried out in a reliable and progressive manner. Smart city technology consists of different dimensions and aspects and it is not possible to consider it as a comprehensive approach. Also, dividing the city into different dimensions helps the progress of each sector.
