商品簡介
Buttercup and Violet are flower fairies-and the BEST of friends. They live in tree houses near the Whispering Woods. Buttercup, who is outgoing and adventurous, loves nothing more than to solve a mystery. Violet loves to bake and, although shy, she often invites her friends to her little blue house to share her freshly baked cookies. On this beautiful fall day, when Violet's friends smell her cookies baking, they gather at her house, only to find that her freshly baked cookies have mysteriously disappeared from the window sill where she left them to cool. Buttercup, Violet, and their friends Daisy and Bertie then set out to solve the mystery-a search for "The Cookie Thief." Fairy lovers will enjoy this mystery with its surprise ending! And the rich fall colors in the illustrations are a visual delight. Note for Parents This book is age-appropriate for young readers with more advanced reading skills. For parents who read to their younger children, the beautiful illustrations will capture the little ones' interest. The back of the book contains both an abridged dictionary that defines the more advanced vocabulary and also a list of suggested questions for use in homeschooling or book clubs.
