Battle Lines

A car is on fire. Inside the boot is the body of a man. Murdered. Witnesses mysteriously have not heard or seen anything. What is going on? Who is responsible?

Battle lines are drawn on Ravenswood's infamous Thelwell Estate, now Joseph Clayton has died. His sons, Billy and Davy, are confronted with Woody, head of the mighty Anderson family. They are ready to take over. Not without a fight, though.

That is not all. DCI Terry Watson has more problems. An anonymous caller seems to know his every move. Who is it? An enemy old? And what do they want? Watson needs to find out before the caller can make good on their threats.

Gripping from the first page, you want to delve into the dark world of criminal families, Claytons and Andersons, as they are battling for power on the Thelwell Estate. Twists and turns and strange phone calls add to the storyline, making Battle Lines interesting and compelling, right to the last page. A book you cannot put down. Cannot wait for the next instalment.
