This volume is entitled: System Innovation for an Artificial Intelligence Era: Applied System Innovation X. Proceedings of the IEEE 10th International Conference on Applied System Innovation (ICASI 2024), which was held in Kyoto, Japan April 17-21, 2024. The conference received more than 600 submitted papers from 12 different countries, whereby roughly one quarter of these papers was selected by the committees and invited to present at ICASI 2024. This book aims to provide an integrated communication platform for researchers from a wide range of topics including information technology, communication science, applied mathematics, computer science, advanced material science, and engineering. Only high-quality papers were selected to be published in this volume. Hopefully, it will enhance interdisciplinary collaborations between Science and Engineering technologists in the fields of academics and related industries via this unique international network.
