When God showed us the human David and used his life as a howto manual, He was demonstrating that He is abundant in mercy and ready to pardon all believers while challenging us to become men and women after His heart. With the intent of encouraging a deeper experience of living and loving our Heavenly Father, Tim Quinnan blends scripture with his biblical interpretations to lead believers on an inspirational journey through the life of David, beginning when he was old enough to tend sheep. As Tim delves into the Word of God and David's experiences, he reminds us to allow Him to control our hearts to be in tune with His own, yield to His strength, lift up His name in the world, bring truth to those He wants to show His love, and ultimately realize a deeper understanding of what God has planned for all who love and trust in Him. After God's Heart is a spiritual guide that offers biblical wisdom and insights to encourage believers to give their hearts to God, just like David.
