作者簡介
李紅昌，北京交通大學經濟管理學院副教授、碩士生導師。中華鐵道網特約評論員，《鐵道經濟研究》特約審稿人，中國國際咨詢工程公司專家庫成員，Coleman咨詢公司專家，北京交通大學對外聯絡合作處副處長（2008-2009）。參加或主持各級項目50余項，主要著作有《鐵路管制的契約分析》，并在國內外期刊上發表論文數十篇，指導研究生20余名。
