Each spread features a short, funny comic strip related to the periodic table. The illustrator, Jess Bradey, is winner of the 2021 Blue Peter Award for Best Non-Fiction for A Day in the Life of a Poo, Gnu and You and also writes and draws for The Phoneix Comic.

A Day In The Life Of A Poo, A Gnu and You, illustrated by Jess won the 2021 Blue Peter Award for Best Non-Fiction. Jess lives in Torquay with her husband and son and enjoys drawing in her many sketchbooks, playing video games, reading and watching scary films.
